The Healthy Options Supper Club offers a plant-based meal once per month to give you a sampling of just how good a vegetarian lifestyle can be.
Meals will feature a health issue that we face today such as hypertension, heart disease, cancer prevention, diabetes and more!
Come and let us do the cooking (and clean-up!) for you. Recipes and health resources available each night.
